Ever since I was a little girl, I knew Justin boots were my boots. I would put on my grandpa's Justin's and walk around the house and the ranch with them on. They were way too big, but that didn't stop me. Now that I'm older, I buy my own and let my grandpa wear his. Still working on the ranch, our lives and going strong, and so are our boots.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have worn out three pairs of Justin Original work boots limping around this ole ball of dirt. Most of the bones in my right foot and ankle are bone on bone now so I try not to, can't really, put too much weight on it for too long and end up stomping the sole off the left boot. Got a bad left hip too that don't help. The right ones are still good! :)
Used to work in construction for 20+ years but had to retire because of the RA so getting a new pair puts a real dent in the small budget. The pair I am wearing now is down to the plastic mid sole and I got a hole in the bottom of the heel. Might have to wear these ones right off before i can a new pair, haha. Love my boots though and these have been going strong for quite a while. Even if I don't get a free pair when I get some new boots they'll be Justins for sure. Good boots!
Hi first off I want to say I love Justin Boots.
My name is Chris and I own a pair of Justin Brown Ropers. They are AWESOME and I would love to own another pair of Justin's. The quality is great and I will advertise your boots until I draw my last breath. Justin Boots are number 1 in my book.
I like my Justin boots, because they keep all the farm poo off of my feet. They can make me dance better than Ginger Rogers. I can walk a mile in my own boots and don't have to do it in someone else's shoes. My Justin boots have always fit PERFECTLY, they fit better than a banana peel fits on a banana.
This is my story now. My boots are wearing thinner than my income. Too much wear and tear. The holes in my Justin boots are causing the poo to slip through. I dance more like one of The Three Stooges. And I really think I may have to ask to borrow someone's boots. They still fit like that banana peel, but lookin' like the banana has been thrown around a bit. :(
My brother is 18 months younger than I. We grew up always in competition of one another. Always striving to one up one another at any cost.
August 1, 2003...that cost was the ultimate sacrifice in a time of war, over in Iraq just after the initial invasion. Serving with his comrades in the US ARMY, 173rd Airborne.
A year or two later I was asked to accompany some friends to Vegas, to see the PBR and attend Cowboy Christmas at the convention center. The night before, we had hit up a bar within the Frontier hotel I do believe. We partied all night long as we were entertained by Bill Engvall and Toby Keith at this random bar within the hotel. The next morning came early, it was to be spent walking the Cowboy Christmas convention. Totally felt nauseous most of the day. Many times I just stood near the bathroom or a trash bin.
I caught a glimpse of a sign that said Justin, realized it was the boot company as I approached. I gazed around at everything that had my brothers name on it and felt bittersweet. I spotted a pair of boots that I desired to have. A man walked up as I was teary eyed and asked if he could help. I told him that I hadn't ever had a pair of boots before but I was a fan of these cause the name was my brothers. The guy grinned and said well you must have a pretty special brother. I held back tears as I said yes he was. He got quiet and I proceeded to tell him that I lost him in Iraq...
He then stood there and got choked up myself.
I held a maroon pair of ladies Justin boots and said I'll take these! He rang me up and then handed me all these signs that said Justin on them, and told me thank you for my service and that he wouldn't ever forget what my brother did for our country.
I still have them years later, not wearing them much because they're special to me. After that moment at the Justin boot stand, the nausea went away and I just filed another moment away in this lifetime in remembrance of my brother.
My son is 4years old and has loved boots since the day he got his first pair. He wore them to bed and some days he wore just his boots. It was love at first sight for my son. Always thought his first love would be and girl but this boy is head over boots in love.... And that love is still strong as he has gotten older. He has to wipe and polish them after he wears them and put them in a safe place..(by the bed). But we had a house fire that took them boots away from tht boy. He cried for weeks over them and is ready for a new love in his life again!
My Husband is 48 years old and has worn his Justin Boots since he was old enough to walk! Being a farmer he uses his boots for the everyday Hard work and cleaning out the barn and hopping into the tractor to plant the fields. When the day is done and he showers and gets his nice clothes and Boots on , guess what they are his cleaned up Justins!
He went to order a new pair of his favorite Justin Boots the 1122 Mule skin boot and found out they no longer carry this series , they have discontinued them! In panic we are trying to find out if there is anyway to try to get some more of them before they are entirely off every shelf. He is so sad because this Boot is his character it is who he is and I know its him before he appears because I can hear his step. Its like an erra of good old Justin Boot has left and now we have to adjust and find a new . Please help!!
P.S. I love my work boots and they are Justins too, I ride my horse and scoop the poop in my reliables, I hope you don't discontinue them anytime soon!
After five straight years of working in the harshest oilfield environments, my Justin's are still begging for more. For the longest time I wore the industry standard in work boots...RedWings. On the average they might have lasted 2 years tops before the soles cracked or the leather would split. They were heavy, poorly constructed, and after 6 hours of running up and down a drilling rig, my feet were killing me...the madness had to stop. On the way out to a rig, my one year old Wings split apart. I stopped in at a local western store and bought the very pair of Justin's I am still wearing today. The first thing that caught my attention was how light they were and the attention to detail was amazing, not to mention how comfortable they were. After 5 rugged years, from the searing heat of the Arabian desert to the frozen ice pack of the Alaskan North Slope, humid jungles of Indonesia to Louisiana's hurricane ridden Gulf of Mexico; these boots have held up where others have miserably failed. I tip my hard hat to the men and women of Justin Boots.
Well, first of all, I am 13. I have always wanted a pair of boots. My mother, however, is not aware of this and aint country as me and my dad. So i aint gonna get any boots till im 16, when i can legally drive and go buy some. justins stampede is what i want. my cousin has the same boots that i want and i was over at his house one day. he left to go to his friends. his parents werent there. so i figured id try them on to see if i liked them. wish i didnt have to take them off. best boots ever!
My son TJ loved his father's new work boots. TJ's cheap work boots broke so he wore his dads JUSTIN boots to school. They were 2 sizes too big, but they were his dads and he wanted to be like dad. Someone stole them and he is sad and dad is mad!
Hi. My name is Kadi. I live in Morgantown Pennsylvaina and I am almost 16 years old. I have lived on a farm all my life, and I Barrel Race, Jump, train, breed, show, anything that has to do with horses. I got my first pair of Justin's 3 long years ago, and They are the only shoes that I wear. I have had them repaired over 4 times in the passed three years, but let me tell you, it was worth it. I am that wierd girl at school with old dirty, stinky cowboy boots, but hey! I can't complain, these boots are my favorite! These boots heels are now falling off, so they will need to retiree soon, unfortunatly and I will not be able to afford new ones. I love your boots, Thanks!
In 2004, I came home from a deployment and needed some boots because mine got really torn. So I went on down to the local co-op and bought some Justin's style 3408. New boots never felt so good I said. Well needless to say, 3 deployments, 4 new soles and 9 years later here they still are. They have been in Iraqi dirt, rodeos from bama to Vegas, Hawaii, fights with dust and mud and still standing strong. Thank you for making a boot that I can still say, these boots have never felt so good.
As an oilfield worker we go through many pairs of boots. Here is my story of my damn good boot: On my way to work one early mornin at 2:45a.m. i was traveling northbound on a farmroad. I noticed a vehicle comin in my direction, all of a sudden i get hit head on at a high speed of rate by a drunk driver.
i was pinned in my truck hurt pretty bad. my right arm was broken in pieces which i actually touched one of my bones. my right foot was torn off from the ankle. my justin workboots saved my foot from beeing totaly amputated. when paramedics got me in route to the hospital some lady wanted to cut my boot to save my foot. i did not allow her to cut my boot. it was the best damn boots i have ever owned. after explaining that we could find another pair of boots i let her cut the boot.
i loved my justin boots they were so comfortable. standing in puddles of water, oilbase, gasand other chemicles for long periods of time not a single drop went through. I worked long shifts and my feet never hurt. ther are many type of justin work boots that in no doubt can stand a beatin, but to my surprise i can no longer find the exact same boot. i have even taken them to a shoemaker to try to get em fixed its not workin. i have my foot but what good is it if it aint in the best damn justin work boots.
Thanks Justin Boots,
Well, I just passed 5 years on my job and was thinking about how the good Lord has blessed me with employment. I had lost my job with an aftermarket forklift parts supplier after the economy slow down in 2007. I was praying for guidance, equipment and an open door for the future.
While unemployed I would wake up early, sometimes two or three o’clock in the morning and do job searches on the internet. During that time I would tune in to the Midnight Trucker radio show. When listening one night I heard the commercial to call in and tell what was on the front page of the Wall Street Journal to win a free pair of Justin Boots.
I called in and wala! I won, and the show mailed me a certificate for a pair of Justin boots. I made a selection and mailed it in. I usually do not order shoes by mail but thought it was worth a try for a free pair of boots. Well I found out that the Lord was equipping me for the upcoming work and He included The Wall street Journal, Justin Boots, and the Midnight Trucker radio show in the process.
I received the boots (an 11EE 4760 High top pull up work boot Brown). I received an offer that I accepted as a field permit inspector covering three county’s (Nassau, Duval, and Clay) in north Florida.
After five years of employment I am on my second or third pair of Justin Boots. The boots have been a great blessing because many times I am working on the side of the road in tall grass and no telling what I may encounter, from fire ants to snakes to stickers, mud and clay. I keep the boots polished which makes it easy to spray mud and grime off with the water hose. Many times I am on site for directional drilling operations that includes the most slimy drill mud you have ever seen, Bentonite. I avoid the slime when possible but even drill mud will wash off of these boots. I have been known for my boots in the field and have shown many co-workers how I tuck my pant leg into the boot when I am in the stickers and beggar-lice to avoid contact with my pants leg. The stickers will not cling to the boots. This saves me a lot of cleanup time when I get back into my truck.
I wanted to give you feedback on a job well done.
Justin boots; has won a lifelong customer and I have purchased other Justin boots as a result of this quality product. As a quality inspector for over twenty years in the rail, and now roadway, industries I can with assurance state “Well done”. You guys at Justin Boots make a quality product.
And to the good Lord: Thanks for providing the tools before the need.
Randy Wilbourn, Sr.
I was at an small town thrifty store... we called it "Cincy Bon-Ton". I wasn't really looking for anything in particular when I looked up and saw a real pair of beauties! I just knew they were going to fit... they were waiting just for me. I pulled them down and slid them on, and of course they were a perfect fit. They looked brand new and lucky me it was half price day! I got my Diamond J's for $3!!!! I never had a pair of cowbot boots but now I wear them all the time. They make me feel amazing and I'm lucky to own them. Thank you boot gods for bringing us together!
Love and Country, Natalie
Bought my first pair of Justins at Sheplers in Oklahoma City about 12 years ago, Pit Stop style, and they been fantastic. Very comfortable boots on my tired old feet. I tried to take care of them but they got the worse for wear mostly from neglect, but they're still wearable, time now to replace them and I'll tell you, I'm a'huntin for that same boot, they don't show up much in ole' Richmond VA, but I'll track 'em down, nice stuff, you stay with it, thanks & good luck.
I love boots, my first pair of Justin boots were bought at a Good will , I saw the boots completely new, leather so soft, I try them on, and they feel like a glove, wow! They are the best boots ever. So, now, I only want to buy Justin boots. My next pair that I will buy will be the style L9995 Cafe brown Apache, I fell in love with it when I went online, can't wait to have them in my feet!
I have been Justin boots for years and would not consider to wear anything but. Justin boots are very comfortable from the first day to the last. I also like that they are made in the U.S.A. and handcrafted right here in my home state of Missouri. Thanks Wyatt W. Wilson
These Justin ostrich boots are the best boots I ever bought they just do not wear out. Fit perfect from new and there is no change.
I have two pairs of boots, one brown (1450) and one black (1409). I had the brown pair longer and now am on the second resole. The black pair is on its first resole. They were like an old friend; you're just comfortable in them. I picked up a pair of 7200 at the repair store and they may be the most comfortable pair I've owned yet. The should wear just as well as my other boots. As long as the soles can be replaced the boots are so well made that I will be wearing them for years to come. When it comes to boots its Justin or its nothing at all.
So I'm not a country girl, by any stretch of the imagination. I WAS raised in a farm town, but I always dreamed of leaving as soon as I could, and I did. I left for "the big city" the day I graduated from high school. That was 13 years ago. I recently found myself falling madly in love with a pair of the most amazing cowgirl boots ever, and I immediately HAD to have them! So, I had the store clerk measure me and order them. When they arrived, I put them on my feet, and BAM! MAGIC! I love these boots so very much that I actually have a hard time taking them off of my feet. They are my favorite things in the whole world, besides my children. Thank you so very much for making such stunning, high-quality boots that even a city girl "must have" them!
Both pair of boots are mine. Not sure if Justine was around 50 years ago or if they made a pair that small but, I have multiple pairs of Justin's ... they fit like a glove.
My husband is a welder, an 800lb piece of steel fell on him nearly cutting off his left leg and it crushed his right foot. The Justin steel toe boots he was wearing saved his foot from being cut off!!!! If it weren't for those boots my husband wouldn't have a foot at all!!! The boot has a scuff on it!!! That's all!!! They are the greatest boots ever, my family and I will never own any other brand of boot, ever!!!! Thank you so much for making such a great boot!!!!
Just got my 2nd pair of Justins today! I had the turquoise Damania and I adore them! The color RoCkS!
Today I purchased the Hueso Liga...thyey are soooo soft and comfy!
Keep on rolling out the awesome boots so my friends can be jealous!
About a dozen years ago, on a vacation with my wife in Sedona, I picked up my first pair of Justins. A couple of kids, and half a dozen surgeries later, I still wear those same Justins all the time, plus a few others obviously. I started the foundation AliveAndKickn because colon cancer doesn't really have a celebrity champion. That's my picture as Mr. January in the 2012 colondar. Until someone else comes along, it's me waving the blue flag. I have that rare genetic predisposition to colon cancer and soccer. As I like to say, when I'm on the pitch, I wear my boots, but when I'm off the pitch, I wear my other boots.
So you may hear me on the airwaves, or find me coming to an AliveAndKickathon near you sometime soon - places like Houston, Denver, and Dallas. Feel free to look me up on the foundation's web site, www.AliveAndKickn.org.
