- Ostrich Leather - Use a soft, damp washcloth to softly wipe down exotic leather. Then lightly apply a thin layer of exotic leather conditioner after cleaning. Ostrich leather can be extremely sensitive to oils – make sure you apply conditioner to a small area first prior to applying to the entire boots.
- Reptile Leather - Use a soft brush to gently wipe down the exotic leather. Once clean, liberally apply an exotic leather cream.
- Fish Leather - gently brush the surface of your boot removing dirt and debris. Then lightly apply an exotic leather conditioner to your boot.
- Shark Leather - one of the most durable leathers available on a boot, you will first want to spot clean this shark leather with a damp cloth. For stains, use a cleaner specifically designed for exotic leathers or a mild soap mixture to carefully remove the imperfection. Once cleaned, liberally apply an exotic conditioner.
- Stingray Leather - to clean, use a soft, barely dampened cloth to gently wipe off the stingray leather. Then delicately apply a premium exotic leather conditioner after thoroughly cleaned.
- Elephant Leather - use a soft brush or towel to remove dust, dirt and debris.
Then lightly apply a leather conditioner exclusive made for exotic leathers.
It is important to remember your cowboy boots should be cleaned and conditioned on a regular basis, especially if you wear them often.

"Finding the correct size was a process. I have a wide foot, and often have difficulty finding shoes which are sized correctly. I began by trying the Ropers in a width of E, Immediately after trying them on i realized they were too narrow for me.. I sent them back after being very careful to have tried them on only momentarily, and on a carpeted surface."

"Was not happy. Bought these they looked and fit perfect. But I like boots and own a lot of them. These now are cloth lined. I does not feel right and cloth eventually gets holes in them. Unhappy so I returned them."

"I bought these boots after years of not wearing Justin boots because of poor quality, the last pair I bought basically fell apart so I decided against ever buying another pair of Justin's. Anyway I needed a pair of dressy boots to wear to a daddy daughter dance with my daughter and decided to buy this pair of ropers, being American made caught my attention, hopefully the quality will be better than my previous ones. I wore them one day and my feet hurt so I went back to the store where I purchased them and bought a pair of insoles and the problem was solved. I expect the leather soles to wear out in about 6 months, but we will see. So far I'm enjoying these boots, it seems that the roper toe is a little more pointed than I remember, maybe I just need to get used to wearing a dress boot again."
