"The orthotic insole in these boots makes them not true to size. I have owned several pairs of Justin boots and always order the same size. These boot showed up and are way to small through the instep and above the toes. If I take the insole out (which is not the way they are designed to be worn) they fit just a bit more loose than expected. Bottom line... boots seem to be lasted in the wrong size due to the added orthopedic insole. If these boots would have had the J-Flex insole they would have been perfect."Yes, I recommend this product.

"These are extremely comfortable boots. I tried these on at a boot store by accident. I usually buy crepe soled boots and I wanted to see what size of Justins I should buy. I couldn't believe how comfortable they are. They are comparable in comfort to crepe soled boots, which is amazing considering they have a leather sole and heel. The cushioning system inside these boots is much better than the standard JFlex. This has the Caliber Comfort System and it is incredible. The insert a very cushioned and thick rubber. But in addition to that, at the ball of the foot, there is a large padded area built into the sole. This is the area that standard boots would have cork filling. The cork filling helps slightly with the comfort of leather soled boots. But this boot has a thick, rubbery pad in that spot. Walking in these boots is almost like walking in tennis shoes. The only down side to these boots is the sizing. I typically wear a size 10 in Lucchese, but I had to go to a size 10.5 in Justin. The size 10 Justin felt too tight at the top of my foot and on the sides. Other than the difficulty of finding the right size, these boots have been amazing. I want to buy several pairs before they end up being discontinued. Do your feet a favor and buy a pair of boots in the CPX Collection. Just remember to go up a half to a full size."Yes, I recommend this product.
