Exotics
  1. Ostrich Leather - Use a soft, damp washcloth to softly wipe down exotic leather. Then lightly apply a thin layer of exotic leather conditioner after cleaning. Ostrich leather can be extremely sensitive to oils – make sure you apply conditioner to a small area first prior to applying to the entire boots.
  2. Reptile Leather - Use a soft brush to gently wipe down the exotic leather. Once clean, liberally apply an exotic leather cream.
  3. Fish Leather - gently brush the surface of your boot removing dirt and debris. Then lightly apply an exotic leather conditioner to your boot.
  4. Shark Leather - one of the most durable leathers available on a boot, you will first want to spot clean this shark leather with a damp cloth. For stains, use a cleaner specifically designed for exotic leathers or a mild soap mixture to carefully remove the imperfection. Once cleaned, liberally apply an exotic conditioner.
  5. Stingray Leather - to clean, use a soft, barely dampened cloth to gently wipe off the stingray leather. Then delicately apply a premium exotic leather conditioner after thoroughly cleaned.
  6. Elephant Leather - use a soft brush or towel to remove dust, dirt and debris.

Then lightly apply a leather conditioner exclusive made for exotic leathers.
It is important to remember your cowboy boots should be cleaned and conditioned on a regular basis, especially if you wear them often.

"I owned these boots for not even a year and the inside heel of both boots tore. I didn't wear them every day either, I switched between them and my redwings. Spent lots of money for a non-quality boot. Tried taking them back to farm and fleet and they wouldn't return them. I am a union labor in Chicago and am on my feet all day, justin boots was a disappointment! Don't recommend these boots!"

"I bought these boots close to 6 months ago and they I'd have to say they are the best pair of boots i've ever owned. I wear them everyday for majority of the day and my feet never hurt. Every other pair of shoes that I have ever owned my feet start to hurt after a couple hours and with these boots i have yet to feel a bit of pain. Only thing I need now is a better insole because these are worn out bad. They actually have holes in them lol! I normally wear an 8.5-9 but after trying a few different pairs on I came to find out that I needed a size 7! So they do run a bit big."

"I spend about 8-10 hours a day on my feet, crouching, standing or walking. I have minimal to no arch in my feet so finding a comfortable yet sturdy boot is a task in and of itself. I've went through multiple pairs of timberland pro lace up boots all lasting 4-6 months and insoles bought for each one on purchase of the boot. Out of the box, that boots were a little stiff but after a week of a break in period, these boots outshone the timberland pros tremendously. I have had these for six months as of 12/27/17 and have not had any back pain since the initial break in. Plus they're electrical hazard protected but I haven't had the misfortune of testing that theory. All in all, I will definitely be coming back to the Justin brand for my next purchase when that time comes "

"As others have stated, the inside heel of these boots are destroyed after a few months. I have always purchased Dr. Martin's Wellington steel toes and consistantly get two years from a $80 boot. I decided to treat myself to a nice boot. Worst mistake. Should've bought 2 pairs of the cheap boots and been happier."

"My husband spent $200 on these shoes and has regretted ever since. He NEVER complains about anything! He is a hardworking man who spend 80 a week working outside in the extreme heat and intense cold & the only thing making him miserable is these work boots. I have seen this man purchase $12 boots from Wal-Mart & was WAY happier! I called the company and they directed my call to the store where I purchased them. The store then told me there was nothing they could do since they had been worn already and then proceeded to make it sound like my husband didn't know how to correctly wear a boot. As a man who has worn boots his whole life, I think he knows whether or not it's a Not broken in yet issue or a Crappy pair of boots that provide absolutely no comfort whatsoever. I would unquestionably not recommend. If youΓÇÖre looking for a real boots for work, these are not for you."

"Bought a little over a year ago. Came home from work and tried to take left boot off only to have the inside lining rip at the sole of the heel and bunch up above my heel. Took 15 min to get the boot off and barely did. Was about to get some scissors. Everything else about the boot was great in till this happen. But nobody wants to spend this kind of money on a product that only last as long as there warranty, 1 year."
