The Justin Boots Monthly Giveaway with Billy Bob's Texas will begin at 12 AM (CST) Sunday, January 1st, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM (CST) Sunday, December 31, 2023.
Entrants must submit their sign-up information by visiting justinboots.com/en-US/landing/bbt between 12 AM (CST) Sunday, January 1st, 2023, and 11:59 PM (CST) Sunday, December 31, 2023, to enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) pair of Justin Boots of their choice up to a $500 retail value.
To enter, you must follow these three (3) steps:
All three steps must be completed for entry to be valid.
Only one (1) entry per person permitted during the entire entry period.
There will be one (1) winner randomly selected among all of the eligible entries received during each month of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, for a total of nine (9) winners (each, a “Prize Winner”). Once an email address is entered, it will be eligible for each monthly drawing throughout the remainder of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. For example, if you entered the Sweepstakes during the month of May and you did not win, you will have a chance to win a prize in the drawing for June based upon all eligible entries received.
The random drawing for each month will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee using random.org or similar automated drawing site or other randomization methods selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Monthly Prize Winners will be contacted by a member of the Justin Brands Marketing team by the 15th of the following month. For example, the April winner will be contacted by 11:59 PM (CST) on May 15th.
Each Prize Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) pair of Justin Boots of their choice up to $500 retail value. Each prize has an approximate retail value of $500, and all prizes have an aggregate retail value of $4,500. Each Prize Winner will be contacted by a member of the Justin Brands Marketing team and will be required to email his/her name, Justin Boot selection, boot size, shipping address (only in the continental United States) and telephone number no later than the 15th of the following month. All selections are subject to availability. If a potential Prize Winner does not email his/her selection by the 15th of the following month. or if a Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Official Rules, then the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received.
Sponsor will not be responsible for any potential prize winner’s failure to respond within the requisite timeframe.
The value of a Prize will be taxable to the Prize Winner as income. Taxes (if any) on a Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Prize Winner for the actual value of the prize received. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, the Prize Winner (as well as all other entrants) is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Prize Winner or a potential Prize Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize as described herein. Only the listed Prizes will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize is not available. The Prize may not be transferred, conveyed, assigned, or auctioned to any other person.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, a Prize Winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and administrators to use such Prize Winner's name, address (city and state only) for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without further notice, compensation, consideration, review or consent.
Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail service, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize and Prize Winner. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes and select a winner from among all eligible entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by the Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted.
Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Connecticut courts (state and federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of Connecticut shall govern the sweepstakes. Each entrant/participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Any and all claims made by any entrant or participant in the Sweepstakes shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. Entrants waive any claims for punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss or damage or other liability of any kind (including attorneys' fees) to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, use of or any participation in the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties, or any one of them, and hereby acknowledge that said Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
The name of the prize winner(s) may be obtained at any time during the Entry Period and no later than 30 days following the Entry Period by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Justin Brands, Inc., 610 W. Daggett Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104, Attn: The Sweepstakes Administrator.
