Hayes Weight

Growing up in Goshen, Utah, Hayes Weight was raised in a place where grit isn’t a slogan, it’s a standard. That foundation shows up every time he nods his head in the chute: calm under pressure, fully committed, and built for the long road that comes with the Western lifestyle. Hayes joined the PRCA in 2018 and has quickly become one of the sport’s most consistent forces in bull riding. Known for his focus and fearless approach, he’s earned his spot among rodeo’s best through discipline, hard work, and an unwavering drive to keep leveling up, one ride at a time.

Within the first three years of his career, he accumulated over $40,000 in career earnings. In 2022, Hayes finished 18th in the world standings and won several rodeos, including the St. Paul Rodeo, the Gem State Classic Pro Rodeo, and the Iron County Fair and PRCA Rodeo.

The following year, he finished 10th in the world standings, earning $220,660 and later making his rookie debut at the National Finals Rodeo. During his debut, he

finished 10th and took home over $60,000 in earnings. He has since made three consecutive NFR appearances.

Whether it’s the bright lights of Las Vegas or a big-money summer run, Hayes brings the same mindset: stay ready, stay tough, and show up when it counts. It’s that determined attitude - and the authenticity behind it - that makes him a natural fit for Team Justin.

Hayes continues to chase every opportunity to climb higher, staying locked in on the details and the discipline it takes to win. From the first jump to the final buzzer, he represents what Team Justin is all about: toughness, character, and a commitment to doing it the right way.
